Hand Pushed Asphalt Cement Pavement Grooving Machine
1. Product description:
It is used for slotting and widening cracks of asphalt pavement and removing sundries, so as to make preparation for joint grouting. It has the characteristics of flexible steering, convenient operation, high efficiency and good tracking effect. The carbide cutting tool equipped with this machine is more durable and wear-resistant than ordinary carbide saw blade, with good slotting effect and long service life.
2. Main Features:
1). KOHLER GASOLINE ENGINE
Import Kohler engine, 13 HP. The engine can bear the influence under harsh construction environment, providing the maximum guarantee of the engine's performance and working time.
2). AIMING LOCATOR
The cutting position indicating locator could instruct the operator to conduct grooving cutting along the cracks. It can accurately conduct the work of slotting and expanding the crack to irregular road cracks according to the indication of fracture indicator.
3). Shock-proof handle design guarantees comfortable operation for the users;
4). The manual push rod can regulate the rising and falling of crack router's cutters
5). The front wheel USES the universal castors, which assures that the machine could cut into the groove according to the curve of the fracture.
6). Special vacuum devices make it dust-free during grooving.

4. Working principles:
A powerful engine is used as the power source. The main shaft is driven to rotate at a high speed through the triangle belt. The lifting hand wheel is used to lower the spindle and cut the cracks. The universal wheel is used for the front wheel, so that the groove can be cut according to the natural curve formed by the cracks.
5. Packaging:
1) Inner Wrapped by proctective film;
2) Middle layer fixed by iron frame;
3) Outer Packed by standard non-fumigation wooden cases or carton boxes.
4) All of the productions are inspected carefully one by one by QC before delivery.
